canadians cashing out to USD visa on party?

There was talk a while ago about using the TD Borderless account and a USD visa to move money on and off party... I stopped playing a few weeks ago and just tried to log on and withdraw money to my visa, but it didn't seem to be an option. I emailed them and said that it had been removed, and that

"is possible that your bank which issued your visa card is not accepting funds from a gaming company. Therefore, this option has been deactivated for your visa card."

has this happened to anyone else? Have you figured out how to resolve it? Is there any other way to get my money out of party in USD?

you can cashout by check. but it will take its own sweet time to be delivered [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

and it's in CAN$, which means I have to take party's balls exchange rate. Slim or anybody, is this the same for you?

get a USD acct at TD and select their bank wire withdrawal option. that way everything is kept in USD and u don't get screwed by the xchange rate.

how much does the bank wire cost?

Wire is $10, but they waive it for VIPs.
+whatever ur bank charges u for incoming wires ($10 for me at TD)
