Default PLO 25 facing river bet

First ill point out that I am very new to Omaha, in case anything im asking has a blatant answer.

Is this hand good enough to raise in full ring? Perhaps bearing in mind that people havent been really folding at all to preflop bets at this table.

Do I call the river bet?

Thanks for any help

Dont raise this preflop from sb. From late position is ok. call river. Only one hand beats you and you might be staring at some moronic flush. If he has 79xx, so be it.

Four hands as you forgot 99xx and the two str8 flushes, but I get them all in on the river as well.

Show me 99xx going to river on this hand. It just wont happen. If you worry about straight flushes for less than 250 BB you are wasting energy.

whoops... misread the flop.

But you could easily construct a 99XX hand that would fit the villain's actions. Not saying that 99XX hand if the most likely though. Villains at 25PLO are typically quite poor.
