Default $25NL - QQ facing min-raise on flop.

Villain is 15/0/0.50 over 25 hands. Is this too weak?

Is he cold calling here with those small pockets or some 67 suited? I like to put him on 9's-J's here, probably 10's. Anyone else?

He c/r'ed over you AND there is still another player in there. Also, the only other real read we have (sample for stats is really too small) is that he has done well enough to have a decently sized stack. With the information I have right now, I think I'm folding on the flop. Not sure what he has (set maybe or even a straight on that board is certainly possible), but whatever it is, his flop move is showing a good deal of strengh imo. Enough so that I'm willing to lay my Q's down until I have a better read on him.

Folding the flop is really bad.
I think shoving flop for value is the best option because the average 25nl villain will call with 99-JJ A8 and random draws IMO.
If you dont think he does call a shove than calling flop is fine.

The turn brings along a really interesting scare card.
Raising isn't an option because now he will definitely fold all the hands we want him to call with, so we can either fold or call.

I would call because its only 1/2 pot and its feasible that he still has 99-JJ or A8

If he bets river it becomes a fold though.
