Default True cost of moving money?

I see there is a lot of concern about Netller and receiving funds from them. The real concern of mine is if Neteller will wave ATM fees and debit card load fees. I have been accustom to moving money cost free and have a hard time with change.

Multiple poker site have begun to issue checks for free, that would have cost in the past. Netellet will you pony up, do the right thing, and waive my fees…….time will tell.

I could care less about fees at this point. I have >3K tied up in pending EFTs, just get me a damn ATM card, pay $20 in fees, make me a happy man
