1. Call the flop min-raise. I either lead turn or check-raise, depending on the card.

2. Preflop makes me cry. Seriously, open limping in the CO? Value bet river.

2. Very disgusting PF. Please raise. Bet $6 on river.

1. I would call flop. Bet out again river and fold to a push.
