10NL - turned top set but completes possible straight/flush

Villian here is 50/27/2.38 over about 60 hands. Have seen him minraise preflop with A2s, min 3bet pf with A6s, AQs and opens for 3x with multiple limpers with KK/AJo.

I 3bet his minraise preflop with JJ and he calls. He check/called flop and instashoved the turn. Is it +EV to call here with my set?
