I don't understand, whats the question? you flopped a set 150 bb deep on a rainbow flop. Your chips are going in, whether its the flop, turn or river. Whether you check-raise, or just bet out, or slowplay depends on the villains.

villain's are unknown. it's a $200 buy-in. 6-max. and yes i'm trying to figure the best line for extracting value given the assumptions.

calling is fine. CR'ing is fine. obviously, both/either are a lot less fine if your idea of a good turn line is "I'll check and then raise the minimum", but whatever, both are perfectly normal things to do on that board in a vacuum.
