PokerGrapher Won't Work

every time I try to run it I get the microsoft you have an error and this program needs to close.. i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times to no avail.
Either
A) can anyone help me with this problem
or
B) can anyone link me to a different program that makes graphs from pokertracker info?

What OS are you running? Is it fully patched? Did Poker Grapher install without errors? Is PT running and successfully importing hands? The more details you can provide, the better.
