well, after sending emails complaining yet still not receiving a response (shocker), i'm attempting to transfer to my UB account so I can pull money from both of those sites off completely. it seems that my request for that is being processed and hopefully will go thru

edit: just wanted to remind everybody that absolute bought out UB recently and bc of that it might be a good idea to pull money off of both... at least thats what im doing

there are also two attached letters with the latest checks. one states:

"For best results when cashing a check:
* Go to the bank where you have an established account
* Bring 2 pieces of iD (preferably photo ID)
* Ensure your account is in good standing"

also it states there may be a 7-30 day hold placed on the check.

I specifically did not go to my bank to cash my absolute check. I went to Wells Fargo (where the check was drafted). I didnt want my check placed on a hold only to find out it wasn't good anymore some weeks later.

Im not sure of the amount that Wells Fargo (or whatever they switched it to) will give out at the teller without a hold but mine was for $2250 or somewhere around there

I dont know if the general public will anytime soon, they're probably going to lose a ton of rake from the grinders though.

I wonder if UB traffic will see a surge of grinders who just say screw it and transfer, it's what I'm considering doing with my money on AP, I'm still on the fence about what to do though, probably 30% of my roll is on there.

Anyone who is worried about a company going under with their money that thinks transferring it to a subdivision of said company is any type of solution needs serious help.

My main concern was word of mouth and internet press killing the Abso games traffic (assuming this really blows up within the next few months), I'm skeptical of the company going down, even with the evidence we've found, it'd just be too fair.
