The Giants should put Bonds on waivers and then trade him for some token amount to an AL playoff team (Yankees). Of course they probably have some rules against this, but it would make for good TV. [/ QUOTE ] You can't trade after August 31. |

I figure that the only teams that would be interested in him would be AL teams.
Minny will probably be clearing out a lot of space since they won't be able to resign players like Johan Santana. So, they might have some room for Bonds. I think Oakland and Seattle could make a move for him too. |
