This seems pretty bad. If you think he's floating this flop or calling with JJ and lower (which I assume is why you bet the turn), then sure, but once he minraises, I think he usually has something. It'd be a weird bluff. I think I like a CR and bet any river if he checks behind better than this.

I guess this is one of those backwards hand reading hands. By this i mean its not as important what he'd play like this but rather if he's ever bluffing.
