15/30, weird action on turn

Villian has been realtively tight. When game was 3 handed i was 3 betting him very often and even made a big flop 3 bet bluff vs him in a reraised pot which i showed.

5 handed, utg (13k) raises to 120, villians (3.1k) calls, i call on button with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and 11k behind.

flop is 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
checked to me and i bet 225 into 405, UTG folds and villian calls

turn is K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
he checks, i bet 620 into 850, he thinks for a second and shoves for 2770 total.

i think he would bet more of his decent hands on flop (flushdraws combo draws two pair+) so im not sure what to put him on. i guess he could have ts9s but he cant have 8s9s. i also think hes tired of me pushing him around so much but im not sure. any thoughts ?
