Anyway to deposit on non-US sites?

Has anybody here that is from the US tried at all to deposit on non-US sites (such as party) using something such as epassporte or some other form of online debit card? This might be stupid, but can you get around the ban through one of these ways?

No problem
1)as long as you're depositing from a non US location.
2)as long as your account home address on the site is non US.
3)then you can play as long as it's from a non US IP address...
