Default NL400 - BB AQo - Standard?

NL400
6 handed
effective stacks are 100BB.

I dont use a phud, but I'm really aggressive / semi-loose. I'd have to guess that I run somewhere around 25 vpip.

I've 3-bet quite a bit from the blinds vs late position raises and I've also 3-bet squeezed when in and oop with a variety of hands but I don't think I've had to show down any random hand yet that I've squeezed with.

UTG villain is a TAG. Button is pretty bad.

PREFLOP UTG raises to $14. Button calls. Hero calls from the BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

I call here more than I raise. Standard / gross?

FLOP ($44) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Hero checks. UTG bets $30. Button folds. Hero raises to $100...?!

Who likes? I think it's pretty ok. I check-raise the flop quite a bit with a variety of hands but usually in reraised pots. Does anyone like check-call...lead turn...better?

I wish my check-raise size should have been better if I was going to push the river? Do you think that a raise to $120 gives me more FE on the flop?
