Default $11 SNG

Early in. Never played with anybody before since I'm quite new at the $11 level.
Can I just check/fold here thinking someone has a set, or is it a easy push? I pushed feeling quite sick. Thoughts?

very very easy push, although shoving preflop would have been fine too.

Depending on stacks- I would push preflop with this many players trying to see the flop.
