As a Bills fan, all I can say to the Cowboys is: good luck! The most indelible impression I have of the Wade Phillips years in Buffalo is his constantly perplexed expression on the sidelines when things didn't go as he expected. He's a bad head coach.

I'm a Giants fan. My co-worker is a Packers fan. We can't stand the Cowboys. When I told him this news today about Wade Phillips, we both just started laughing. Nice.

The offense scored 20 points in 2 road games all year; and Tenn. was easily the best defense they played all year with 2 starters on the OL injured. The timing of the move was certainly questionable; but in taking the results-oriented approach I've never thought dogging him for that decision made any sense.
