Default 5/10 small OP vs lead

Prima Network No-Limit Hold'em, $10.00 BB (5 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

Hero ($1000.00)
MP ($2100.75)
Button ($2741.00)
SB ($1433.69)
BB ($975.00)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $35</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB calls $30, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($80) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $40</font>,
Hero? raise? flat? If I do raise, and he 3 bets or shoves?

Villain is 42/21/2 over 850 hands or so, I have a note that he led on a QQ6 flop before with air and then gave up. No other reads

call and shove non-spade turn or raise and call shove. I want to get it in because his range includes a lot more hands than sets.

NEVER raise/fold here, that's like burning money because most of his range that you beat/flip are not folding.

I like a raise to 120. If he 3 bets we should atleast consider folding.

I make it $135. He shoves relatively fast, 3-4 seconds

Easy fold after he shoves. Raising to $120 looks good here.
