If the check has been issued and sent to you, there may be cancellation
fees of $48. If the item has not been issued (cancellation is requested
within less than a business day) it will be free of charge.

The best you can do is cash out as much as you wish allowing for you to
keep a suitable balance to cover your gambling needs.
