totally, i should have done that. only thing i wonder is if i shouldnt because this is a nothing pot and so it makes wierd straight hands possible... arent pushes only correct if you think there is a decent chance that he will lay down??

Good point. I just can't put him on that strong of a hand with his play. Most people are not stupid enough to let a possible spade or 5,T, kill his hand.

Yes true, but it's the fact we have a monster of our own and even if he doesn't lay down his hand, well we can still make a winning hand. But the size of the pot on the flop is good enough for us to try and take down.

Yeah this is true, but you don't need much fold equity (you always have some) when you have as many outs as you have. You have a lot of equity in this hand vs the tons of hands villain could have.
