Is there a casino near St. Louis?
My boss is going to St. Louis next weekend and wanted me to find out if there was a casino nearby that he could play poker, 1-2 NL or 5-10 Limit. I assume there must be one on the Mississippi River. Any ideas?

Harrah's, Ameristar, Casino Queen, and Presidents Casino are all in St. Louis (or St. Louis area). I stick with Harrah's or Ameristar. IMO Harrah's has the nicer room and softer games, but Ameristar is not too bad. Ther are relatively close to each other as well.

Casino Queen has no poker room. President's is a dump. Both Ameristar and Harrah's -- about 30 minutes west of downtown -- are nice rooms. Ameristar would be the choice for limit, Harrah's for no-limit.
