Default Fan Series of Poker

My wife is going out of town on a Friday morning and not coming home until Tuesday afternoon. So I've decided to host a "Fan Series of Poker" - the 'Fan' being the area I live in Richmond, VA. I don't have a huge space to host, but enough for two full tables.

I've put the following together, but I wanted your thoughts first.

Can you think about the following:
Did I leave enough time between tourneys?
Is the points system okay? I am looking to crown a player who finishes well in a bunch of tourneys. I'm also trying to get people to play in as many tourneys as possible.
Are the structures reasonable? I've never played in a home game 7-Stud tourney.

$35+5 PLO8 (Fri, 7:00PM - Stacks 2500/20 Min Levels)
$35+5 NLHE (Fri, 10:30PM - Stacks 2500/20 Min Levels)
$35+5 7Stud (Sat 10:00AM - Stacks 6000/30 Min Levels)
$35+5 PL5D (Sat 2:00PM - Stacks 2500/20 Min Levels)
$20+5 NLHE Rebuy (T1500) /1 Add-On(T2500) - Sat 6:00PM
$35+5 PLO (Sun 9:30AM - Stacks 2500/20 Min Levels)
$95+5 NLHE-Deep (Sun 1:00PM - Stacks 5000/25 Min Levels)

1. Only players who are invited may play.
2. Players must commit 1 day in advance (so we can give alternate enough time to plan).
3. Players must arrive 30 minutes before scheduled start time.
4. A maximum of 18 players will play in each tournament.
5. Food (Pizza, Chinese, etc.) can be ordered throughout the weekend.
6. Top finishers of each event will get paid.
a. 10 – 18 Players (Top 4: 45%-25%-15%-10%)
b. 7 – 9 Players (Top 3: 60%-25%-15%)
c. 5 – 6 Players (Top 2: 75%-25%)
7. No breaks will be scheduled during tournaments until Main Event.
8. A plaque and a cash bonus ($300 or so) will be awarded for the top finisher of the FSOP.
a. Each player will earn 2 points for playing in a tournament.
b. In events 1-6, each player will earn 3 points for outlasting an opponent (e.g. If there are 12 players, 1st place gets 35 points – 2 for entry, 33 for the 11 players).
c. In the Main Event, each player will earn 5 points for outlasting an opponent
(e.g. If there are 18 players, 1st place gets 87 points – 2 for playing, 85 for outlasting 17 players).

The only problem is having two tournys within 3 hours. My question is how many people do you have, this might be possible but at the weekly tourny i go to we have roughly 30 people that play and it usually takes about 4-5 hours with 20 minute blinds.

My house isn't that big, so I was thinking 18 people max. I'm also trying to entice strictly Hold 'Em players to play other games and $40 per tourney wouldn't break the bank. The time issue was the one that I was concerned about. I have beer league hockey game Sunday at 8:15. That's why the Main Event is at 1PM on Sunday when there's so much time to play another event.

Do you think that 3 1/2 hours for an 18 man PLO8 tourney isn't long enough (starting with 50BBs)?

Do you think that 4 hours is long enough for a 7-stud tourney?
