This poll is not complete. My answer to the question is, in the short term it is mostly skill with a little chance. In the long-term it is all skill.

The problem with the poll too is that most of the people voting have never played and dont really know what its like. They are just going by their biased opinion.

Well USA Today polling's math isn't very skilled- right now the 4 options are totaling 50% LOL

Neither choice is correct! Poker is using skill to minimize the effect of chance. Poker is both skill and chance.

The problem at the core of this debate is the ambiguity of the definition of "Chance."

To a rulemaker, a game of "chance" means a game we cannot control.
To us, "chance" is integral in poker, something that must be learned in order control longterm outcomes.

Default \"Vote for Skill for the Wexler Bill\"

.... The point is not to pick a "correct" choice, the point is to vote to get a political result..... Vote Skill to be politically effective.

It is silly to "vote" on the accuracy or truthfulness of a fact anyway. I am sure that pre-Columbus any "vote" would have deemed the world to be flat.

.... What I meant but left unsaid is that picking one side will not get a political result. Not soon anyway.

Vote often. If you have other browsers, such as Firefox, use them to vote.

Forget splitting the vote we should back; "mostly skill with a little chance."
