Default $6 Bubble Shove

I know I can't just continue to fold away my cards and this hand came up and I thought I was in good position. I cannot raise this hand to t1000 because thats half of my chips anyway so I decide to push. The BB was kind of tight but if he called I did not think I would be destroyed. Is this a +ev push or just a bad situation I put myself in.

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t400 with t25 antes (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

CO (t1395)
Hero (t2235)
SB (t5650)
BB (t4220)

Preflop: Hero is in Button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
