Check/fold the turn?

how often does he go to showdown?

id like to check this turn to see what he does. im pretty certain hes gonna bet out but his bet sizing and his showdown % makes a differance with my turn play.

3-bet PF is pretty bad vs. this player.

Do you choose not to 3bet likely steals vs. only good players? Do you 3bet from OOP vs. a bad playing steal raiser?

I don't 3-bet because he is kinda nitty. I don't know his att. to steal, but I doudbt its much higher then 20. His calling range has you crushed normally, and you will win some small pots but stanbd to lose a few big ones on Qxx and Kxx flops.

I like a 3-bet a whole lot better vs. someone with an att. to steal &gt;25.

Thanks for the reply.

I should have added his ATS% in the OP - it was near 40%. I 3bet a lot against this type, even from the SB. I believe it to be +EV at this level vs. this type - even if I were to check/fold every time I am called.

If he steals 40% its totally fine. Its better if you mention those stats in the OP.
