Call river. I think your line is fine... raising on the turn kind of puts us in a bad position with the stack sizes. I think it's unlikely he'd c/c the flop with a flush on a board like that... especially since he seems to get out of line often against you. Unfortunately his river bet sizing suggests that he probably didn't have a pair+draw, but I think you're seeing two pair betting for value here more often than a flush.
