Default Call All-In from Shortstack

Hello

I play NL200-NL400 Fullring and have a problem against a All-IN Preflop from a Shortstacker with 20BB. With which cards call you a All-In Raise from a Shortstacker in LatePosition or in the SB.
Can give you me a range with the follow variants:

A) The SS make a openraise All-In
B) The SS raist 2 Limpers All-In

Thank you very much
Bauertson
