UB software on school computer

I'm trying to install UB software on a computer here at school. It keeps telling me that the file "\eula.txt" could not be opened. Stars software works on the computer though. Any guesses?

Mods if this is not allowed, sorry. If this is wrong forum could mod move to appropriate one. Thanks.
