Anybody know/offer premium PLO coaching?

I really want to get into the game, seems to be all the rage, but I am not confident w/ my current skill level.

I'd want someone who is a big winner at 10/20+ shorthanded, preferably higher. I can also trade hsnl or MTT coaching.

I think its interesting to see how most people pot it on ftp, and watch them on stars and see if they 3x, 4x, or alternate depending on position and/or the specific table. Says a lot about someones game.
