PS 2/4...villain's line doesn't make sense

villain is SchneidsFish, he runs about the same as me 24/19 and i think he's pretty good. makes moves and stuff.

after he checked twice i bet turn for value..maybe he'll think i'm full of it and call with 33 or 77 or something. didn't really think he was capable of checking twice here with a big hand.

Either he knows you don't have a big hand here hardly ever, or he knows his play looks so suspicious you will call him down light. To me I think it is the latter. How often does he run big bluffs, and does he think you can make hero calls.
