I would check behind. He may have a monster AA,KK,AK,33. Calling that big bet on the turn showed some strengh. He may be calling you down with a weaker Ax. Thing is IMO with no stats or reads I can't decide if you are way ahead or way behind so I would check.

Many of the hands you listed aren't checking all 3 streets. I'd bet about 1/2 pot, we're ahead here most of the time.

Why full pot on the turn?

He had $15 left on the river.

I think I'd be obligated to call if I bet $8-$9 and he shoved, no?

If yes, then would all in be the right play?

Were ahead basically always here unless he's caught some dumb two pair. No one at this level checks thrice with a monster. A bet of 11 or 12 sounds good.

I bet the flop a bit more and the turn a bit less.
River is meh, but I see monsters under the bed all the time.
Thing is, if he calls our preflop raise w/ AT then he probably also calls it w/ the likes of A3s.
