[/ QUOTE ] you're gonna fall a LOT! your body will hate you for a couple of days (bruises, and you use atypical muscles). it gets easier after that. edit: also, skiing and riding are two different animals. Skiing took me a good full season to learn and I'm still perfecting it. Boarding took me two days before I was screwing around in the park/pipe. After the third day, I missed my moguls. And even though boards were designed for moguls, it didn't work out as well as I'd hoped. Been on skis ever since. Now the only time I ride is when all of my friends are riding on any given day. Still fun, just different. Edit edit: I'm thinking of buying a monoski. |
