I'm back online now and I missed 45 minutes of a tourney that's still running. Can I expect a refund for this even though I'm able to finish it out now?

WHY WERENT THE GAMES/TRNYS PAUSED ON FULLTILT LIKE ANY OTHER SITE!!!!! ANY OTHER TIME THIS HAS OOCURED GAMES WERE PAUSED/VOIDED!
