How can I edit FTP player notes...?

Ok, I'll bump it up the priority list and get it finished. I've been lazy because I run the commands manually rather than use a GUI.

I mostly use it to import data from PT directly into notes since PT doesn't support notes export into FTP. I don't use a HUD so having the information in the notes is quite useful.

Is it broken or how does the sw know where each note ends? And how does the sw know the noted player?
