Re: *** Official Fantasy Football Start\'em/Sit\'em Thread: SEPT ***
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I think both of those are pretty standard snafu, and this is coming from a Cowboys fan... Chatman is hurt, Ronnie is getting round after round of a Cowboys D that is limping into Miami... [/ QUOTE ] You're probably right. But Ronnie sucked all year last year so I'm kink of doubting him right now (terrible draft pick by me imo). [/ QUOTE ] I have him also, second round. He missed 3 games last year, let's not forget that. Also last year we both know who is QB was. Nobody expected him to do much last week against the skins, who are always tough on the run. Let's see him play a soft d at home. We can feed him to the wolves if he doesn't do well this week. I personally expect nothign less then 95 yards, 1 TD, 3 catches 30 y. Provided he's healthy. [/ QUOTE ] You have some very valid points, I'll jump on him with you this week. My opponent is pretty soft so hopefully this spot won't be the deal breaker. I thought the D/ST choice was pretty standard but figured I'd throw it out there anyway. [/ QUOTE ] Just to make you feel a little better, By all accounts it looks like Dallas will be without Newman/Ellis/Fergason. You have 2 probowl caliber guys, and their run stopper. Ratliff, the guy replacing Fergason, is a shrimp at that position. If they can't run on a team with 2/3rds of it's starters, then ya, we both really messed up on Brown... |

Rivers should obviously fare better than he did against Chicago, but Dallas' secondary look ripe.

Re: *** Official Fantasy Football Start\'em/Sit\'em Thread: SEPT ***
I'm dropping Minny for Cincy as well. Cle is just too good a matchup to pass up, and there is a chance Kitna carves them up anyway. Luckily in my league free agents get locked at gametime and don't unlock until Wed at 10am (it's a horrible rule) so I can make the switch right before Sundays games and then pick Minny back up for some possible matchups
Could use some input here. Seriously considering sitting Holt for Driver. NYG was horrendous last week Edit, ignore the second poll as it's pretty clear cut, but I'm already having buyer's remorse with Benson and Jacobs in that league, at least Addai and Kitna look studly |

Re: *** Official Fantasy Football Start\'em/Sit\'em Thread: SEPT ***
Two polls here, both involving starting running backs. Can you really justify sitting Portis/Benson. Debatable if either Brown or Taylor really has a good matchup.
