Should I push here?
Ifnot should i push an A/K river and c/f all othersif i miss?

I don`t fold turn, because i think he has a J/air here quite often.

Weird spot, I would shove if you're pretty sure he'll fold a J. His bet sizing makes this look more like he hit a 5 though, so maybe my line is spewy.

Flop fold seems better to me. You could hit your draw and still lose (ie he fills up or has a higher draw or small chance of JJ).

Draws are good if there are high implied odds for calling or if you can play it strong with high fold equity. I don't think you have either here.

IS folding flop really best?
He`s solid and i doubt he has any other 5`s than 55/54s/56s and perhaps 57s, here ever. There are more combinations with J`s around.
