Given above hand ranges I have 0% equity on river. What other hands that I beat could a 60/0/0.86 and a 18/15/1.0 have that I beat? Button definitely does not 3-bet AQ or worse on turn and CO would definitely not cap with only one pair or a draw.

I admit that I'm never folding this in reality ...

I'm not sure about calling two bets on the turn. I might seriously consider folding at this point. It sounds like every ace is in at least one of the players' range, as is T9 suited.

I would fold the river, as the CO may be check raising, then who knows what the button's doing to do. It just feels like you're dead money here.
