Default Did I play QQ correct on the flop?

This was at the Gold Strike in Tunica.

1-2NLHE

BB - about $900
button - $750
hero - $400

UTG raises to $7. fold, fold, I look down at QQ and raise to 27, fold, button raises to 50. BB calls everyone folds back to me. The guy that raised to 50 was real weird in the way he played. He didn't seem to do anything the way I thought he would. I was real scared of his miniraise so I just called.

Flop - 8c8s2s. Checked to me, I check (good, bad, or ugly?) The button bets 100. BB thinks for 2-3 minutes and calls. I think for what seemed like an hour and folded(I'll explain my thoughts after responses. What should I have done if not folded?)

turn - 10d

checked to the orig reraiser who went all in for 600ish.

I'd love some feedback on all streets. thanks

ur fold is fine.

1) You're deep and you only have 1 pair.
2) BB's check/call is kinda scary
3) Buttons shown a lot of strength so far in a 4bet pot.

After my reraise followed by the buttons reraise I just really thought he had AA. What was weird was the guy was so unorthodox normally on a guy like that I would have but him on a much wider range of hands than just AA. The guy who called in the BB was a really loose guy. But after the action I put him on something like JJ or a suited connector. I know that sounds weird too but that guy is willing to lose a decent amount hoping to hit the jackpot.

Anyway I really wasn't folding QQ preflop to $25 more but I really was pretty certain the button had AA.

After the check check flop with the button betting 100 and the call by the BB even though I thought about it for 2 minutes I felt it was an easy laydown. (I was very glad the BB called though as it made my laydown much easier)

In my orig post I was wrong about the turn. It was the 9d.

You made a good laydown. The button would have to have a pretty big hand to 3 bet with 2 people in the pot already. I like to believe that anyway!
