Default NL100 - Bottomset, coordinated board vs TAG,

Obv. I usually raise this preflop, I misclicked and just completed.

Onto reads and the hand.

Villain in this hand is a pretty standard multitabling TAG at NL100, 15/7/4. We recently played a pot where I called a 3bet preflop, then c/r'd his $9 (really small obv.) continuation bet to $35 on a 663 board. He folded.

Hero?

Anyone take a different flop line?

On the turn, we really are only beating a straight. Can we just valueshove here vs his straight? Or since he just called the reraise on the flop did the turn card just totally screw us (J9, 89) and kill our action vs a straight? Could we already have been beat by JJ or 99?

T9, JT ? Meh?

everything looks good we go broke here now, if he hit a 4outer than he hit a 4outer.

Shove turn? Not worried he folds a straight?

Continue to value bet whatever amount you think they will call you with, assuming they have a weaker hand. Though, I can see your dilemma and confusion as villain smooth-calls your large 3-bet.

I keep telling myself that I am not good enough to avoid going broke when these spots turn up.

I don't think there is any value in shoving. I don't feel great about the hand with his flat call on the flop, that said, I can't see myself folding it either. I just bet $35-$45 and here and get the rest in on the river. Hopefully, they can find a call with a hand like T9 or the straight

I dont think you're up against JJ here, nor 9/9 - given he is LP, you'd figure he would raise with those 2 hands. He could have hands like 89s 9/10s, j9s, 8js, but at 14 vpip, probably unlikely for any of the gappers, leaving us with 2pair or the bigger boat.

His smooth call is at least 2 pair...but i don't see how you can fold this
