Default NL100 - TT, rivers set vs unknown gets raised...

Villain in this hand was totally unknown. Does anyone b/f the turn? On the river, are we calling his raise? What range are we putting him on here?

*I know that If i size my PF raise larger and my flop bet larger, then I don't run into a tough decision on the river. So please somment on the hand as played, I know I messed up my bet sizing here.*
