You're very lost if you're comparing Chantel to Bill Gates or Sam Walton. I think the word you were meaning to use when desciribing the entreprenuers is "opportunist". That's a far cry from the slang translation of "hustler" (which is obv. the one people use in reference to Chantel).

"hustler" Slang. a person who employs fraudulent or unscrupulous methods to obtain money; swindler.

This doesn't even sound in the same universe as Bill Gates or Sam Walton.

I have never met the woman and if she is as described here then she is just one of many men and women with similar character traits/flaws that use their charm, looks, and street smarts to get ahead in Las Vegas. If that is their angle, more power to them, But, there is nothing genuine to these people.
