I have a question for frequent users of this card:
I use it to pay my cable bill. I cash out the exact bill amount plus one dollar to account for the fee. However, I have used it twice, and neither time was a fee charged. My balance is two dollars. Further, when I look at my statement on the PayTru site, it shows "0" in the fee column, like this:  I'm not complaining obviously, but is this normal? It does say "mail/phone purchase" in the description which I guess could be different from a POS purchase. It has been well over a month since the first use and that dollar is still there.

I had never cashed out using paytru until just now and it was instant. And then I used it to deposit onto full tilt. Are they suposed to charge $1 for deposits onto other sites then stars? Cause they didn't charge me anything to deposit into full tilt.

I'm hoping I don't have to wait too long as I want to use the money to pay a deposit to hold an apartment.

Still curious if anyone else has used this card to make purchases and not been charged the $1 fee, so far I've used it twice to pay my cable bill and neither time was I charged. I suppose I can try using it to buy something else and report back my findings if no one can tell me.
