Which University handled their crisis the best?

3 big stories involving 3 big universities. I assume you know the details. So which administration has handled their crisis the best? the worst?

Rutgers was more of a witch hunt/extortion (we're scarred for life, money helps heal scars).. hard to draw a comparison in my mind.. plus, isn't it a little early to tell with Virginia tech?

Had the university detectives/security determined from the 7:00 o'clock crime scene that it was conclusively a double homocide rather than murder/suicide, then they are at fault because a double homocide seems like something that you should let the community know. If that was unclear, they may have felt that it was a self-contained event, and obviously they cannot predict the future. just thinking it's better not to blame these people necessarily before getting all the facts first
