Default NL25.. TP valuebet river?

SB is 20/3/4 over 30 hands, so i have no exact read on him, can i possibly be value betting my hand on the river since the J hit? If i can value bet, how much should i bet?

He is very aggro and he has c/c 2 streets. he doesn't raise much preflop and he doesn't play that many hands either. His range to me is AK/AQ. I cant see him checking the river with AJ/AT (but its possible). I would shove...he obviously likes his hand and hes played passively. There is no reason to think he is ahead. I cant put him on a hand other than AK/AQ.

nice read he did have AQ, but i check behind him figure its either AQ or AJ. Bad play by me, lost big value there. =( situations like that, how can u guys be sure he doesn't have AJ?

value bet. do not check here. if you check, you are missing tons of value from worse aces/etc. i don't mind the PSB advice from above posters.
