Default Two pair facing all in on turn

I think I played this hand very poorly and I need advice on all streets. I mostly play limit and wanted to try some NL tonite to mix it up. This hand occured while 4 tabling so I didn't have any specific reads. On the flop, I generally like to lead strong hands into fields where I am expecting loose calls to create a big pot. Should I 3-bet the flop here? Call the all in? This is probably an easy decision but I want to make sure its right. For some reason I put him on 33 by the way he played it. Maybe this is totally off but its just my opinion. Anyway here is the hand:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Button ($253.26)
SB ($32.25)
Hero ($122.45)
UTG ($126)
MP ($41.60)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7, 8. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
[color=#666666]1 fold</font>, MP calls $1, Button calls $1, SB (poster) completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($4) 7, 3, 8 [color=#0000FF](4 players)</font>
SB checks, [color=#CC3333]Hero bets $2.5</font>, [color=#CC3333]MP raises to $7</font>, Button calls $7, SB folds, Hero calls $4.50.

Turn: ($25) K [color=#0000FF](3 players)</font>
Hero checks, MP calls $33.60 (All-In), Button folds, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $58.60

Hands that would do this:
33, 77, 88 or an overpair.
Overpair seems to be pretty mcuh ruled out because he didn't raise pf.
It seems a lot like some kind of drawing hand getting in cheap.
Barring a read that villain is on tilt, half retarded, or possibly Down syndrome, this is a fold correct?

grunch

Id be betting the pot on the flop, and re raising all in, id say we are in front and may still improve if not,
Your also out of position so getting all in here will void the advantage villian has over you.
Reads IMO are most important, and would this hand make a heap easier, maybe 4 tables not the best idea if your new to NL..
Cheers

I would definitely reraise on the flop, and given that he is such a short stack, I call on the turn. 77 and 88 are discounted because you hold 1 of each, and we are not totally dead in the water against 33 as a 7 or a 8 would give us a higher boat. The only way I fold this given stack sizes is if you are absolutely positive he only does this with a set, and wouldn't limp a hand like 99 or TT preflop.
