maybe something like this? I've only included some combos of AA/KK reflecting him 4-betting sometimes, and I don't think he'd shove AdAx here. I think this is quite a conservative estimate of his range, and I'd be surprised if there aren't more hands he shoves, like a lot of nut flush draws.
