Default need info about the 30\" monitors

Saw a post somewhere about 30" monitors a while back want some real info about it, basically how many resized tables I can play on there. I have a 20" that I can play 9 tables on but even with no title bar ahk running the tables are to small. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm on a 24 and on FTP I could run 16 with a tiny bit of overlap. 12 you get zero overlap and at 9 tables you get no overlap and the tables are slightly larger than the smallest possible size. At 6 tables the tables are about 20% smaller than the default size and again no overlap.

This is all @ 1920x1200 resolution on a Dell 2405FPW/NVidia 8800 GTS. One thing I just figured out - if you're going to run a lot of tables on Vista and try to use PAHud, you MUST go get the new beta version of PAHud. It actually works on Vista with a bunch of tables vs. the non-beta version sucking up 90% CPU time and being horribly laggy and unresponsive. They changed the drawing methods on Vista.

Ryan: Sweet setup and that Dell 30 is very nice but good god man, invest in a desk will ya? You have $2k in display awesomeness sitting on a $30 foldup table. I used to use those for desks too so I know how it is but a better desk would make it SO much sweeter!

Get a corner unit and a long desk set from Office Depot or something and it's mucho better and you don't have so much dead space in the corner where the tables meet. You could sit facing the corner instead of the wall and not have the table on your right poking you in the side all the time and have tons of leg room into the corner for an ottoman to put your feet up. Thats how I'm sitting right now and its quite comfy for long periods.
