Stars Supernova: Equivalent Stars rakeback in Omaha (quick calc)

There has been some uncertainty over the value of Stars Supernova rewards program relative to a standard rakeback scheme in Omaha. I have attempted to calculate the approximate rakeback equivalent over a large number hands. Note that 1 FPP is awarded for pots that has a rake exceeding $0.40 and an extra FPP is awarded for a rake exceeding $3.00 in full ring game. I assume that 1 FPP has a value of 15 cents. This data represents my play over the last 18 days.

The average equivalent rakeback is 31.18%. Although the hands here represent play in Omaha games, the equivalent rakeback should approximately be the same in Holdem games.

You meant 1.5 cents as in your calculations. 1.5 cents is possible to get directly by using VIP rewards. If you play tournaments you can get over 1.6 cents.

15 cents is a typo. Should read 1.5 cents per FPP.

Still, he's right. You can get that extra boost to 1.6 or a little higher with some of the other items. Not that it makes a huge % difference, but it can be a few K over the course of a year.
