Default Live $50 MTT - One limper - shove/fold with A9?

The tournament is a live $50, and everybody starts with 5000 chips. I have not been catching any hands for the past two orbits and have a reasonably (non-excessively) tight image. The table is 10 handed and the table is mostly loose-passive.

I have 2200 chips and the blinds are 150/300. I wake up with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] on the button. UTG+1 open-limps, he is fairly loose and could have a wide range here. I believe he is the type of player who may call with any broadway and Ax here.

Should I shove or fold here?

what do you think his limping range is UTG+1?

If it includes suited aces and KJo and if you think that he would call you with any ace and any face cards then it is criminal not to push your A9
