Looks like East Carolina is the only one. -2.5 still available on Diamond, maybe some other places also.

I'm seeing Bears -2 over the Eagles, looks like the line opened at -2 and has stayed put. This is a play, correct?

Baylor -2 appears to fit.

Majority of the games today are neutral-court and that will remain the case throughout the week but there might be a handful in there but I haven't inspected the schedule.
Don't hold your breath though.

No, Baylor-Winthrop is at the Paradise Jam in the Virgin Islands. I don't see any plays today.

okay...thanks for clarifying.
It didn't list it as USVI on my schedule for some reason and it looked like just a regular game.

Best place to confirm is the "Live Odds" page on Covers. If you click on a game and it says "vs" (instead of "at") between the teams, it's almost certainly neutral site.

I think Akron qualifies... it's a home game vs. Temple and the line is -4.5

AKR has a kind of small and weird home-court that I think is to their advantage.
I don't know if that aspect actually plays out in the numbers or not, just how it feels to me.
