Default 50NL: 3-betting light

I have pretty much only played a real nitty style of poker until now. I used to only 3-bet JJ+, AK. I am working on learning how to profitably 3-bet light agains the right opponents. The game just drop to 4-handed so i figured this was a good time to start getting aggressive. I didn't put him on a stong hand when he bet $14 on the turn, so i shoved in on him. should i have just called the turn or does the shove look good? Any info on all streets woul be appeciated.
villian is 29/23/3.5 over about 65 hands.

I still think there is some fold equity here.....if the hero shoves it in. And if called heros got some decent live outs as long as he's not up against a set.

isn't calling the turn bad since you probably won't get paid when the spade hits? this seems like a fold or push situation, and i like the push. wp
